Celebrate the life of a loved one.
You can make a gift in memory at any time to celebrate the life of a loved one. You may choose to make a donation on a significant day each year, or make a one-off donation.
If you're arranging a funeral or memorial service you may also like to encourage friends and relatives to make a gift to Cystic Fibrosis Community Care in memory or instead of flowers. We can post donation forms and envelopes for you to distribute at the service.
You can also download our donation form or set up an online donation page for those unable to attend the service. You can include a photograph of your loved one and information about their life on the donation page. The link can then be easily emailed to family and friends and they can leave a message of condolence along with their donation to Cystic Fibrosis Community Care. Once all the donations are compiled, we will send an acknowledgement letter to the next of kin, listing the names of those who have made a gift.
